40 Guest Tent Rental Package.

Our 40 Person Tent Package includes the following items:

  • (1) 20x20 white frame tent (no center pole, “open floor-plan,” can be placed in tight spaces). We offer high-peak frame tents (limited supply) or traditional west-coast frame tents for this package.

  • (4) 60” round tables (seat 8 to 10 guests)

  • (2) 6ft long tables for food, beverage, gifts, etc

  • (40) white folding chairs

40 guest package - $650 ( + tax & delivery)

40 guest package with lighting for tent and white linens for tables - $850 (+tax & delivery)

Setup on Thursday or Friday, take down on Monday or Tuesday.
